Q. How long does delivery take?
A. This depends on where you live. Auckland is usually 1-2 working days. Other metropolitan areas will usually be between 2 and 3 working days, rural areas might take a couple of days longer, very rural areas might be a couple more days. We dispatch only after cleared funds are received (before midday) so please allow time for this, depending on how you pay.

Q. How much is shipping?
A. To find the shipping cost simply put the item/s in the shopping cart and use the Quotation tool.

Q. How can I get my GST invoice?
A. Log into your account and click the invoice button. You can then print it out.

Q. How do I make a warranty claim?
A. Click on the Customer Service link on the bottom of the page and you'll find a link to the request form.

All our products are brand new with full manufacturers warranties of up to 5-years. We do not sell factory seconds or carton damaged goods. Only brand new kitchen appliances.
