Orders are processed on the day that payment clears.

We try to dispatch items on the same day if possible.

We try to achieve deliveries to the North Island within 3 working days.

And deliveries to the South Island within 5 working days.
Note that delivery to some rural areas might take a little longer. Note also that payments do not generally clear until the banking day after they are made.

After-Sales Service
All
products carry manufacturers warranties. Service is
provided locally through nationwide networks of service engineers. Your
invoice should be retained as proof of purchase and the date and invoice
number quoted in any warranty claim.
The
quickest way to make a warranty claim is to complete the Service Request form. Be sure to have your invoice handy in order to be able to provide
